All management of this site is carried out by the owner, including data protection management.

Your order is an offer to us to purchase the product specified in the order.  You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process.  

We may refuse to accept an order:

• where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; or
• if  there has been a pricing or product description error; or
• if  you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights.

Products

All fused glass pieces are designed and made by Kate Wright but may include non-glass pre-made components such as picture frames, wooden stands and jewellery findings.

All glass items undergo annealing in the kiln - part of the fusing process that is intended to make them as strong as possible but they are glass and, as such, have an inherent fragility. 

Descriptions and Photographs

Whilst I consider that my photographs accurately show the colours of the glass art displayed on my website, they cannot be guaranteed 100% accurate, as this will vary depending on your individual computer’s display settings. Please contact me if you have any questions.
