Returns - Changed your mind?

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please return them in their original packaging in their original condition. Please use the contact form link at the bottom of the page to notify me that that you wish to make a return. 

Once they have been received you will receive a refund excluding your original postage cost. The exception to this is earrings ( for hygiene reasons), personalised items where approval has been previously given and commission pieces as above. Please get in touch though if you have a problem as I would much rather you were happy with your purchase.

Broken items

If you receive something that you think has been damaged in transit, please contact me via the contact link at the bottom of the home page. All care is taken in the packaging of your items but accidents sometimes do happen . Please take photos of the faulty/broken items with the original packaging at the time of discovery for refunds/replacements to be valid.
