Delivery

Delivery charges are free within the United Kingdom. 

I am not delivering outside the UK at present but this is subject to change.

Items are wrapped in tissue and the box is packed with a mix of bubble wrap and a cardboard product used by glass suppliers (recycled for sustainabilty). The box will generally be a recycled one - so if the item is being sent directly to a recepient as a gift - email me and I will send it in a 'fresh box'. 

I endeavour to dispatch goods within 5 working days via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service. You will be emailed on dispatch and a tracking number given. I am unable to  accept responsibility for delivery timescales once goods are dispatched. Dispatch times provided are an estimate, however, I will contact you if there is any unexpected delay in your item(s) being sent out. I take every care to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.

If you wish to have faster delivery - please email with details when you place your order. I will confirm the additional charge and update you. Once paid, the item(s) will be sent as instructed. 

Items are delivered to the shipping address you provide me with. Please ensure that the address details are correct as I cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders when incorrect address details have been provided by the customer.

I will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave your goods unattended.

Please check the items on delivery and notify me immediately if any of the goods are found to be missing or damaged so that I can resolve the issue to your satisfaction quickly.
